Phoenix College Scholarship Opportunity (Act Quickly!!!)

PC S-STEM SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION

The S-Stem Scholarship program is intended for students who are interested in majoring in Biology, Chemistry or Mathematics.  This program will provide scholarship assistance of up to $3,500/semester and can be renewed for up to 4 semesters.


Basic Eligibility Requirements of applicants:
·   seek a degree or career in Biology, Chemistry or Math (AS, AAS, AGEC, MAPP, BA, BS)
·   be full time students at Phoenix College
·   have an overall grade point average of 2.0 or higher.
·   meet the prerequisite for MAT150, 151 or 152
·   complete the 2012-2013 FAFSA (http://www.fafsa.ed.gov)
·   be willing to participate in an internship or an alternative cohort experience

Recipient Benefits:
·  work with a Faculty Mentor in their subject area.
·  possible opportunity to complete a paid internship in research project

We agreed that the limbs should address:
